The Air Jordan 5 &#8220Alternate Bel-Air&#8221 also known as &#8220Ghost Green&#8221 is reminiscent of the coveted &#8220Bel-Air&#8221 colorway of Michael Jordan&#8217s fifth signature shoe. Both the original &#8220Bel-Air&#8221 and &#8220Alternate Bel-Air&#8221 are inspired by the &#8220Grape&#8221 Jordan 5 worn by Will Smith on the &#8220Fresh Prince of Bel-Air&#8221 in the &#821790s. The &#8220Alternate Bel-Air&#8221 flips the decidedly throwback color scheme for a fresh new take. White leather appears on the upper including the toe collar and heel. Vibrant contrasting Ghost Green and red &#822023&#8221 and Jumpman embroidery can be found on the heel of the left and right shoes respectively. Translucent netting dots the mid-panel and tongue. Red Jumpman branding appears on the black neoprene tongue of the left pair and Ghost Green Jumpman detailing appears on black tongue of the right shoe. Both pairs are finished off in purple midsoles with red shark tooth detailing on the forefoot and visible Air in the heel. Release date August 15 2020.
